This wooden doll house is heirloom quality, premium grade 3/8" lite-ply plywood was used for quality and durability. Yet the doll house is light enough to be moved with ease. The movable partitions allow flexible room arrangements. The wooden dolls house has easy to follow and well illustrated assembly instructions. The walls are dadoed for second floor to ease assembly and provide extra strength. This wooden doll house is scaled to one inch equals one foot. Shingles and siding are not included. Electrical wiring is easy to install with our plywood. No MDF is used in our houses. The window and door openings accept standard size components. A Celerity Miniature Home.
