The Vermont Farmhouse Jr. is a Real Good Toys Wooden Doll House Kit. It has Milled Clapboard siding, so the sides are ready to paint or stain. The gingerbread trim is an 1/8" think to last. The wooden doll house kit is constructed of 3/8" cabinet grade plywood. Kit includes raised panel shutters and doors, railings, porch posts, flower boxes and staircases. Even the wooden shingles for the roof is included. Check out the Colonial Jr. Addition. It may be added to either the right or left side of the Vermont Farmhouse.

All doll houses are sold unfinished and unpainted.
